Whats your Process?

We will arrive about 2 hours before the start of your event to set up and fire up the wood-fired oven. We will connect with you and get setup and confirm any important details or changes. Once service begins we will start with salads, move into either a continuous pizza service or the entree and if applicable dessert. Depending on package chosen service typically will run 2-3 hours.

Beer & Wine

We cannot purchase the beer for you. Any alcohol you would like served will need to be purchased by you and will need an additional charge for a bartending/wine service.

The Oven

Our oven is a custom built Mugnaini oven mounted on a trailer. Built from imported Valoriani parts from Italy it has a beautiful custom Japanese tile job applied. We can cook around 4 pizzas at a time. Fully wood fueled we use a combination of Oak, Madrone, and Apple Wood.

AVAILABILITY

Our availability is dynamic and in constant demand so we cannot guarantee that your desired date will still be available when you are ready to move forward. Your date will be reserved when the deposit and signed contract is received.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

Upon approval of the service, menu and pricing, we require a refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable if cancelling at least 30 days before the event. If canceling after 30 days the deposit becomes non refundable. The remaining balance needs to be paid 1 week before service.

SUPPLIES

We provide biodegradable palm leaf plates, napkins, and cutlery. We don’t provide glassware, tables, trash cans, and chairs unless requested and rental cost are paid.

Event Minimums

Event minimums are based on the per person price at 30 person group. This is the minimum cost for us to come for an event. Additional guest can be added on at the stated per person package price.

Example 1: you have group of 8 people the event minimum for a pizza buffet would be $1250 with that we can provide more culinary experience to bring you to your minimum.

Example 2: you have 40 people and want a pizza buffet. That would be $40.00 x 40pp = $1600 plus taxes and applicable service fee.
